Nylon fiber strength, fatigue resistance, impact resistance is also superior, but the modulus of elasticity is low, thermal shrinkage, poor dimensional stability and rubber adhesion is not good.
4. Polyester fiber
Polyester fiber is commonly known as polyester. It has high strength, heat resistance, fatigue resistance and dimensional stability are very good. Due to high fatigue heat and easy to cause amination, hydrolysis, etc. and reduce the strength of the cord. Adhesion with rubber is also poor.
5. Polyvinyl alcohol fiber
Polyvinyl alcohol fiber is also known as vinylon or vinylon. Its strength elastic modulus are higher than cotton fibers, but not as good as nylon. Adhesion with rubber is worse than cotton fibers, but better than nylon and polyester fibers, chemical resistance is also very good, but poor resistance to heat and humidity.

However, the specific gravity, fatigue resistance, adhesion to rubber and chemical resistance is very poor.
